Assistant Store Manager – Meat Crew
Meat Crew is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to support the operational management of our store and grow with us in a young, ambitious, and authentically American brand.
Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in managing the team and daily activities.
Contribute to training and motivating the crew.
Ensure operations align with Meat Crew standards (quality, service, cleanliness).
Collaborate on managing orders, stock and cost control.
Serve as a role model: practical attitude, service spirit and customer experience focus.

Qualifications

Experience in the restaurant industry or operational coordination roles.
Desire to grow, learn and take responsibility.
Organizational skills, attention to detail and outcome focus.
Team spirit, energy, flexibility and willingness to work shifts, including weekends.
