Your tasksProject management work, workshops and training at our national and international customers for our specific software solutions ZUKEN CR / DR-CRActive participation in the requirements and process analysis as well as documentation of the implementationConfiguration of the ZUKEN solution according to customer requirementsDevelopment and implementation of customer-specific test concepts and plansCommissioning of our software and database solutions according to customer requirementsProcessing of technical support requests in the area of ZUKEN solutions
Your qualificationsSuccessfully completed studies in business informatics / computer science or training as a technician in electrical engineering or IT specialist or equivalentUnderstanding of electronic project development, including electrical schematic drafting, PCB layout design, and knowledge of PCB manufacturing and electronic assembly processesBasic knowledge of SQL databases and data management systems and their integration into the PDM / PLM / ERP environmentFamiliar with MS-OfficeKnowledge of software programming languages desirable.High level of personal responsibilityGood communication skills in Italian and English – Basic knowledge of German would be an advantageExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work in a team on a national and international levelStructured and systematic approachWillingness to travel to customers in Italy and abroad.
