The incumbent will contribute to the development of evidence-based and innovative AOD services and will promote the delivery of clinically effective and individually focused therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing substance dependence. The AOD Programs Manager will provide expert leadership, support and guidance to a multidisciplinary team and will play a key role in ensuring staff are provided with adequate supervisionExperience RequirementsDemonstrated experience working within a fast-paced environment.Experience in successfully leading/coordinating a team of staff and working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team with the ability to inspire and facilitate team commitment and cooperation.Demonstrated experience in preparation of reports with recommendations.A minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of AOD service delivery.Qualification And Other RequirementsDrivers LicenceCurrent or willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check (WWCC)Current or willing to obtain a National Police ClearanceKnowledge and experience in using the Microsoft suite of software and databases.Allied Health Qualification or equivalent tertiary qualification.Certificate IV in AOD is desirable.How To ApplyApplicants are requested to send a cover letter and resume to Sonder via our careers portal on our website.Feel free to send any enquiries to sondercareers@sonder.net.auAdvert Closing DateAt Sonder, we strive to respond to all applicants.
