Through the outstanding knowledge and commitment of our 1850 employees and with a network of 6 production sites, we supply a wide range of 1800 products in 125 international markets.For the Italian plant in Baranzate specialising in the production of oral solids, we are currently looking for a Quality Control Scientist to join the Quality Control Laboratory.In this role, you will play a crucial role in carrying out analytical activities in full compliance with the company's standards, procedures, and efficiency goals.Skills & Responsibilities :Proficiency in analytical instrumentation for the analysis of small and large molecules, especially HPLC, GC, IR, UV SpectrophotometryExperience in a cGMP environment, reviewing analytical documentation, and understanding related DI issuesKnowledge of regulatory practices and standardsTesting raw materials, in-process, and finished products according to SOPsOptimizing analytical methods; transferring and validating methodsPreparing protocols and reports for transfer and validation activities in accordance with company and international standardsEnsuring all activities comply with SOPs and cGMP standardsConducting stability testing on finished products and intermediatesReviewing analytical data following proceduresFamiliarity with laboratory software and management systemsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to meet company objectivesMaintaining accurate records of all activitiesFollowing protocols strictly to ensure regulatory and company complianceImplementing improvements to optimize workflows and processesParticipating in client calls for updates on activities and projectsAssisting in internal and external auditsBackground & Soft Skills :Degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related sciencesMinimum 3 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industryExcellent organizational and planning skillsPrecision and orderliness in task executionRespectfulness, transparency, and good communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team
