Customer Management and Business Development
Lead and supervise a portfolio of strategic clients, ensuring quality, value, and results.
Identify new growth opportunities with existing clients (upselling and cross‑selling).
Develop and conduct new business activities: prospecting, participation in tenders, commercial presentations.
Ensure the correct implementation of communication, marketing, and brand strategies.
Leadership and team management
Coordinate and motivate the Sales Team.
Foster a climate of collaboration, responsibility, and excellence.
Define clear and measurable objectives for the teams, monitoring their performance and professional growth.
Strategic planning
Collaborate with strategic management to define the agency's vision and positioning.
Interpret market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive dynamics.
Build proposals and service architectures that integrate communication, digital, social media, data, and content.
Qualifiche
8+ years of experience in aSales Director Role, account management, strategy, or business management roles in Media Owner Agencies.
In-depth knowledge of marketing dynamics, digital media, and integrated communications.
Advanced business planning, financial analysis, and budget management skills.
Experience in managing tenders and closing new contracts.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Strategic vision combined with operational pragmatism.
Excellent interpersonal and complex stakeholder management skills.
Growth and problem‑solving orientation.
Creative thinking, flexibility, and resilience.
Strong and direct knowledge of the commercial departments of the most important media agencies in Italy. ( WPP, Publicis, Dentsu, Havas, OMG, Mediaplus, IPG)
Natural leadership and ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams.
