This position will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources department, including Talent Acquisition, administering pay and benefits, maintaining and enforcing company policies and practices.ResponsibilitiesLead and direct day-to-day activities of the HR Department, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and goals.Develop and implement strategic plans for HR initiatives, programs, and projects to support business growth and development.Maintain accurate records and reports related to employee data, performance evaluations, and other HR-related matters.Collaborate with management to develop, communicate, and enforce company policies and procedures.Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance employee knowledge and skills.Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Able to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with HR software and systems.Results-driven with a strong commitment to excellence.
