A private Family Office is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Accounting Coordinator to support the Principal across a wide range of business and personal functions. This is a high-responsibility role requiring fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus), excellent organizational skills, and a solid foundation in accounting, accounts payable, and day-to-day administration.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative & Accounting DutiesManage accounts payable and ensure timely processing of invoicesMaintain accurate bookkeeping records and support bank and credit card reconciliationsTrack expenses and assist with budgeting, cash flow reporting, and payment schedulingCoordinate with external accountants and advisors for reporting, audits, and filingsPrepare and translate correspondence and documents in both Italian and EnglishOrganize financial and administrative records related to investments, real estate, and personal accountsHandle general correspondence, document management, and scheduling as neededPersonal Affairs & Asset CoordinationOversee the administrative side of the Principal’s residences, including service providers, staff payroll, and household costsManage records and logistics related to vehicles, a commercial yacht, and related insurance and maintenancePlan and coordinate private travel, bookings, and itinerariesAct as liaison with household staff, vendors, and consultantsSupport the Principal with personal scheduling, events, purchases, and confidential mattersProvide limited on-site support, including occasional domestic or international travelMaintain absolute discretion and professionalism at all timesEducationBachelor's (preferred)LanguageInglese (required)Expected Start Date : 01 / 08 / 2025
