Branch in Fabriano (AN).During SpA, Fabriano branch, for an important client operating in the metalworking sector, is seeking a / a Customer Care Officer. The selected candidate will be part of the sales office and will handle management and support for both Italian and international customers, managing daily communications via email and phone, entering orders into the management system, and monitoring order progress. They will also organize shipments, coordinating with logistics and carriers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with customer specifications. The role also involves collaboration with internal departments (production, quality, planning) to ensure effective and punctual customer service.Requirements:Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken (level B2 / C1);Previous experience in customer service or back-office sales roles, preferably in structured environments;Knowledge of ERP management software (preferably SAP or similar);Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and problem-solving ability;Accuracy, reliability, and teamwork attitude.This advertisement is addressed to both genders, according to laws 903/77 and 125/91, and to people of all ages and nationalities, pursuant to legislative decrees 215/03 and 216/03.
