Addett* - Gastronomia/Bar food court - Part Time 24h
Iper La grande i, azienda italiana operante nel settore della GDO con più di 20 ipermercati in tutta Italia, ricerca un/a Addett* Gastronomia/Bar food court per il punto vendita di Gadesco Pieve Delmona (CR).
Responsibilities

Preparation of hot beverages (caffè, cappuccini, tè) and cold drinks.
Creation of cocktails and other cold beverages.
Preparation of aperitif dishes.
Service at the counter.
Warehouse management and bar resupply.
Maintenance of order and cleaning of the local.
Compliance with hygiene and safety norms.
Assistance to customers in product selection.
Preparation of dishes following company recipes while ensuring quality and freshness.
Cooking of dishes via oven, grill, pan, or steam.
Packaging in trays.
Restocking the counter with gastronomy products.
Checking expiration dates and HACCP compliance.
Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and equipment.

Requirements

Knowledge of beverage types and ingredients.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team.
Proficiency in customer contact.
Manual dexterity, precision, courtesy, and professionalism.
Ability to work under pressure and rapidly.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Knowledge of cooking techniques.
Experience preparing typical Italian and international dishes.
Experience as a gastronomic addett* is an advantage.
High school diploma with hospitality orientation.
Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
