Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage active and passive invoicing and accounting records and reconciliation;Support in monthly quarterly and annual closures;Support in structuring procedures and processes;Day by day accounting activities;Analysis of intercompany reconciliation;Analysis of all the outstanding invoices and preparation of the relevant accrual necessary for the monthly closure of the legal entity.
Qualifications & ExperienceGraduation in Economics AccountingKnowledge of SAPKnowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel Word Ppt.)Proficiency English knowledge both written and spoken.
Experience And Soft Skills2-3 years as Junior accountantGood interpersonal and organizational skillsAbility to operate pro-actively and autonomously with focus on the detailsFlexibility and ability to work within a team.Strong ability to multitask and work on different systems and accounts daily to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
