With continued investment and expansion across Southern Europe, they are now hiring in Italy — open to both professional-level and senior-level Account Executives.Whether you're already selling complex B2B software and looking for a step up, or you're a proven senior AE seeking to make a real impact in a key market, this is a chance to join a well-supported, high-growth environment with a standout product and strong brand recognition in the finance space.What you’ll doLead the full sales cycle across the Italian market, combining qualified leads with your own outbound efforts - Engage CFOs, controllers, and senior finance professionals with a consultative, value-based sales approach - Build tailored proposals with the support of sales engineers and internal teams - Navigate complex deals, manage multiple stakeholders, and guide opportunities to close - Hit monthly and quarterly targets with the freedom to run your territory strategically - Represent the company at key events, trade shows, and conferences in the regionWhat we’re looking forExperience in B2B SaaS, software, or IT solution sales (we’re open to professional or senior level) - Strong understanding of financial topics such as reporting, consolidation, accounting, or planning - Proven ability to present to and negotiate with C-level stakeholders - Fluent Italian and strong English communication skills - Knowledge of the Italian market and previous exposure to selling into finance departments is a plus - Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a scale-up environmentNice to haveBackground in business, finance, or economics - Experience with Salesforce and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN) - Existing network within the Italian finance or software marketWhy this role stands outReal ownership of a key Southern European market - Supportive onboarding, BDR, and pre-sales structure - Clear career path from professional AE to senior, or continued growth at senior level - Uncapped commission and high visibility within the business - Strong company culture focused on flexibility, collaboration, and long-term development
