Overview
Account Coordinator – Car Schemes role at JCT600 Ltd. We are one of the UK’s largest family-owned motor retailers, delivering excellence since 1946 with 53 locations across Yorkshire, the North East, Lincolnshire, and Derbyshire. Through our Vehicle Leasing Solutions division, the Car Schemes team provides innovative car schemes to businesses across the UK, helping employers and employees access the benefits of brand-new vehicles through Salary Sacrifice and other funding options.
The Role
Are you highly organised, people-focused, and passionate about delivering excellent service? We’re looking for a dedicated Account Coordinator to join our Car Schemes team, supporting customers and drivers throughout their vehicle journey and ensuring smooth day-to-day scheme operations. Your day-to-day will include:

Act as the first point of contact for employees and drivers, resolving queries quickly and professionally.
Manage team mailboxes, prioritising and actioning queries within agreed timeframes.
Support employees with vehicle quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and providing clear updates throughout.
Complete scheme administration, reporting, and compliance tasks to a high standard.
Collaborate with Account Executives and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery for all customer accounts.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisation and administration skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in a customer service, coordination, or support role.
Professional communication skills, confident handling queries by phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
A proactive, positive approach and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
