Listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, it is present in more than 50 countries around the world and employs about 30,000 people of over 130 nationalities.As Yard Project Construction Manager, you will join our Department OFPROFE in the business line ABSER, Ensure the execution of Project Fabrication production activities, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, making sure that safety, quality, time, cost and yields requirements are met.ResponsibilitiesParticipate to the coordination of production project activities in yard, ensuring correct information flow between Yard Project Managers and Production departmentSupport Yard Project Managers in the identification of technical solutionsRepresent Production during interactions with clientParticipate to HSE initiatives involving client representatives in the yardPromote project safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety and quality standards are respectedParticipate in project planning and scheduling, liaising with other organizations and functions involved in executing the project and assuring the most suitable solutions in terms of construction methodsPlan and control project production tools, equipment and personnel needed to execute fabrication projects\' activities, ensuring overall resource optimizationParticipate, insofar as within remit and in liaison with Quality, to project quality control and project quality improvement activitiesPrepare project production personnel mobilization planParticipate to the updating of project work schedulesAssure that the project procedures defined for site activities are appliedSupervise the project works performed by both subcontractors or in direct hiring, approving production work progressCheck project production work progress, identifying any critical aspects and, where construction activities are subcontracted, requesting necessary actions from the subcontractor concernedAssist the Commissioning department during project commissioning and start-up phases (when applicable)Contribute to continuous improvement process through the provision of suggestions regarding methodologies, tools, material managementOptimize project layouts, material flow and workplace ergonomicsEnsure respect of order and cleanness of production spacesParticipate in the definition of project production and maintenance plan interacting with responsible departmentIdentify project criticalities during yard activities, promote and implement all required countermeasures quantifying impact in term of cost and scheduleManage project warehouse materialWhat are we looking for?Education: bachelor or high school degreeExperience: 10/15 years as a Construction Manager within experience in Oil & Gas IndustriesTechnical Skills: Ensure project coordination of all disciplines involved in the work up to Precommissioning / Mechanical CompletionIT Skills: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project.What else should you know?
