OverviewJoin to apply for the WW PRIVATE CLIENTS RELATIONS MANAGER role at Fendi.The WW Private Clients Relations Manager acts as one of the primary points of contact for high-end clients, cultivating their relationship with the Brand, ensuring client satisfaction and reinforcing their loyalty. Reporting to the Private Client Experience Director, the role supports all clienteling activities related to the VIC clients worldwide. The position is based at our HQ in Rome and requires frequent travel at WW level. We look to onboard the WW Private Clients Relations Manager by the end of the year.ResponsibilitiesClient recruitment and engagement of VIC, building and maintaining long-term relationshipsImplement strategies and support in zone via personalized activationsDevelop high-end segment business and hosting guidelinesLiaise with LVMH sister brands & outside partners to enlarge opportunitiesSupport and coordinate VIC related events, like Fashion Shows, World of Fendi, High Jewelry events, etc.Liaise with external suppliers (hotels, cars, entertainment…) to organize VIC activities around Fashion Shows and High Jewelry Events and CoutureDelivery of internal tools and guidelines to regional officesWork with PCR zone teams to identify and organize top clients’ relevant exceptional experiences, matching clients\' interests and developing their loyalty to the brandDevelop a bespoke Gifting Menu for VIC clientsCollaborate as a team player with other departments (CRM, Training, Product, Retail Performance, etc.) to develop strategies that benefit clientsCompetitor analysis and benchmarkingProfileAt least 7 years of working experience in a similar role, preferably within fashion or hospitality industryStrong understanding of the luxury market and client expectationsExceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategicallyProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentAbility to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to work non-traditional working hours, including evenings and weekendsProficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and SalesforceFluency in English is a must.
