OverviewDescription :Workforce & Organization Transformation – Senior Consultant & ManagerWe are looking for two brilliant candidates to join our Workforce & Organization Transformation Practice at Mercer for the Senior Consultant and Manager roles in our Milan or Rome office.Our Transformation Practice supports our clients' People Strategy with a specific focus on HR Organization, Processes, Skills, Technology and Analytics.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients and conduct comprehensive assessments of their current workforce and organizational structures, processes, and practices.Analyze data and develop insights to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, developing expertise in the transformation area: organization design, process re-engineering, analytics and technology trends.Design and implement tailored solutions that align with clients' strategic goals and address their specific workforce and organizational needs.Contribute to large complex client projects, assist in sales, and execute project delivery in line with the strategic direction from the project manager.Facilitate client meetings (e.g. workshops, focus groups, and other collaborative sessions) and act as a trusted advisor to clients (in person or remotely).Learn and adapt Mercer standard tools and methodologies and work closely with other Mercer practices in the HR consulting space.Develop and deliver high-quality presentations, reports, and other deliverables to effectively communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to clients.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in workforce and organization transformation, and share knowledge and insights with clients and colleagues.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Economics / Organization / Management Engineering.At least 3 years of professional experience for the Senior Consultant and 5 years for the Manager in consulting firms with a focus on workforce and organization transformation, organizational development, or a related field.Strong organizational and communication skills to support the design, implementation and coordination of development projects.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.Excellent use of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI) and knowledge of statistical tools.Italian and English proficiency.Why join our teamA career where you deliver innovative solutions for major organizations and contribute to meaningful and impactful projects that shape the future of work.The opportunity to work with some of the smartest people in professional services.A professional growth path that teaches you new technical skills for a better understanding of business and the Human Resources environment.Mercer, a business of Marsh & McLennan (NYSE: MMC), is a global leader in helping clients realize their investment objectives, shape the future of work and enhance health and retirement outcomes for their people.
