What You’ll Do

Support Italian‑speaking customers via phone, email & chat
Assist with product use, troubleshooting & warranty queries
Collaborate with internal teams for complex cases
Stay up to date with new products & company updates

What We’re Looking For

Fluent in Italian (C1–C2) & good English (B2+)
Excellent communication & empathy skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ready for an on‑site role in beautiful Lisbon

What You’ll Get

1,000 €/month base (×14 months) + 100 € performance bonus (×12 months)
2,000 € welcome bonus
Relocation package: flight reimbursement + accommodation (280 € per month, all included)
