Work in Portugal - Customer Care/Italian Market (Remote Job with Accommodation)
We are looking for Italian‑speaking talents who want to build a career in Customer Operations & International Support while working in a diverse, multicultural environment in Lisbon.

Your Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer requests via email, chat, contact forms, and calls
Handle support tickets related to general queries, refunds, or incomplete services
Call users to speed up case resolution and improve communication
Perform back‑office tasks that may involve outbound calls
Conduct outbound calls to promote products, collect feedback, and support customer success
Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
Achieve performance goals and respect deadlines
Provide operational feedback and escalate cases when needed
Salary Package With & Without Accommodation
Salary: Up to €1,000 + performance & complexity bonus gross/monthly (14 salaries per year)
Relocation Support (exceptional, for candidates moving from abroad)
Accommodation Option
Studio apartment in a company shared building for up to 12 months. Rent: €280/month; all utilities included (deducted from payslip).
Working Conditions
40 hours/week + 1 hour lunch break
22 vacation days per year
Compensation day for work on Portuguese public holidays
