Overview
Join our multicultural Customer Service team in Europe! We’re looking for Italian-speaking professionals passionate about helping sellers and improving their online business performance in Lisbon, Portugal. You'll be part of a global e-commerce project supporting one of the world’s leading social media platforms.
Responsibilities

Support sellers via phone, email, or chat.
Provide accurate information and sales guidance.
Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Identify opportunities to improve seller performance.
Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement.

Requirements

EU ID, Residence Card, or Manifestação de Interesse.
Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2+).
1+ year experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or Customer Success.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Flexibility to work in rotating shifts.
