About the Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and customer‑focused professionals to join our growing Customer Service team. Main Responsibilities
Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Offer product or service information with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate teams when required.
Qualifications
Fluency in Italian (C2 level).
English level: minimum B2 (intermediate) or higher.
Strong communication skills and a customer‑oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.
Stable internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
