About The Role

We're looking for Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading international hospitality project in Lisbon.
What you'll do:

Handle bookings and customer requests via phone and email.
Provide information about hotel offers, prices, and loyalty programs.
Suggest upgrades and travel options to enhance the guest experience.
Represent a well-known hospitality brand with professionalism and warmth.

Who you are:

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
Positive, customer-focused, and eager to learn.

Open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal.
What We Offer:

With company accommodation: €1,050 gross/month.
Without accommodation: €1,305 gross/month.
Relocation support (accommodation & flight reimbursement).

Schedule:

Full time: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts.
40 hours/week (8h/day + 1h break).
