About the Role

We’re looking for Italian‑speaking Customer Service Representatives to join a leading international hospitality project in Lisbon.
Responsibilities

Handle bookings and customer requests via phone and email.
Provide information about hotel offers, prices, and loyalty programs.
Suggest upgrades and travel options to enhance the guest experience.
Represent a well‑known hospitality brand with professionalism and warmth.

Qualifications & Requirements

EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal.
Fluency in Italian (C1) and English (B2).
Positive, customer‑focused, and eager to learn.
Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality/sales preferred.
Open to relocating to Lisbon, Portugal.

What We Offer

Company accommodation: €1,050 gross per month.
No accommodation: €1,305 gross per month.
Relocation support (accommodation & flight reimbursement).

Schedule
Full time: Monday to Sunday rotational shifts.
40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1 hour break).
