2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsThe DTC / Revenue Manager will optimize every aspect of direct-to-consumer sales and expanding revenue opportunities beyond current avenues, with the goal of maximizing revenue and enhancing the customer shopping experience leading to improvement of customer engagement. They will define the DTC strategy across the various channels, including pricing planning, promotions and customer engagement, on-site opportunities, wine shop growth, hospitality needs, and more, while continuously monitoring performance to ensure business growth and sustainability.What you will do :Scale direct-to-consumer sales through the existing DTC channels (Wine Shop and Wine Club) and new DTC channels defining and executing tailor-made strategiesIncrease customer engagement and outreach to create a deeper connection with customers and generate more traffic / interest towards the historic winery in Castiglione Falletto and Langhe, especially during the low seasonIncrease long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through audience segmentation and customer loyalty, promoting loyalty programs, personalized offers, targeted communications, or potential referral programsIdentify additional revenue opportunities by collaborating with the other companies of the Group and potential external partners, including Tour OperatorsDevelop strategies for exclusive events targeted at Wine Club members in order to attract new customers and encourage loyalty. Develop new experiences (Tours & Tastings)Define pricing strategies for the various DTC channels (wine club, physical stores) to maximize value for the customer and revenue for the company, in cooperation with the Sales ManagersMonthly analysis of wine allocations versus sales and warehouse stock managementPerformance and sales data monitoringCreate DTC / Revenue tools that can be used across the wine portfolio; assist in development of DTC / revenue programming throughout the portfolio as needed to hand off to individual wineriesWho we are looking for :At least 5 years of experience in a winery as a DTC expert, in food / beverage and related fieldsIdeal background studies in Economics or Communications / Viticulture / Oenology or equivalent work experienceExperience in customer engagement strategyProven ability to identify and pursue new revenue opportunitiesMinimum Skills and / or Knowledge RequiredKnowledge of wine and the broader wine worldStrategic thinking and commercial acumenAvailability to travel nationally and internationally for short tripsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and hospitalityStrong analytical skills to monitor DTC performance, understand trends, and optimize pricing strategies, margin analysis, and real-time performance using advanced analytics toolsAbility to adapt to an evolving business and proactively identify growth opportunitiesExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic environmentKnowledge of CRM toolsEnologia’ software knowledge is a plusExcellent knowledge of English (other languages appreciated – German is a plus)About Our GroupVietti is part of Krause Group, a U.S. based parent company comprising a diverse set of domestic and international businesses.
