The opportunity to follow your own compassYour ImpactThe Role: Senior Sales Executive, Portugal, Greece & MaltaAt Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Senior Sales Executive who can join the Wholesale Team at Stone Island HQ in Milan.As part of the Wholesale Team, the candidate will play a key role implementing, managing and executing the Wholesale strategies. Their contribution will be essential to ensuring the achievement of wholesale sales targets.Main Responsibilities:Preparing own Database with all important Customer/Prospect informationBuilding-up a close relationship to the existing and potential customers (personal visits during each season/calls/Mailings etc.)Evaluation and classification of the actual Distribution in terms of quality and penetration;Preparing Sales Campaign with Order-Appointments, Budget per customer (Excel including also LY per customer and Reorder statistics)Analyzing sell-in figures and preparing After Sales Report with clear and detailed information from the specific country and local areasRegular Staff Trainings about the product and communication to the retailers about general strategy/ philosophy and future plans of the brand and companyRegular and frequent market visits to ensure assortment and presentation at retail represents the brandPushing and Controlling Re-Order businessIdentify proactively opportunities for Marketing activities in order to impact business at door levelUsing given tools and sources individually for the specific market (special window projects etc.)After sales activitiesQualificationsRequirements:Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably within a Fashion & Luxury settingStrong analytical skills, in particular reporting and sales analysisAdvanced Excel and PowerPoint skillsComfortable navigating complex settings and managing multiple prioritiesA proactive and positive approach to changeFluent in English and SpanishUniversity degree in Economics, Humanities, or related subjectsThe role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel (70%)Our Shared ValuesAt Stone Island we aren’t led by conventions or trends, but by our own compass.
