Wholesale Admin (Maternity Cover)

JOB PURPOSE
Join our dynamic wholesale team and play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run seamlessly. You’ll provide vital administrative support to our Sales Managers and Account Executives, both during market and throughout the day to day helping drive commercial success and deliver exceptional service to our partners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate and schedule showroom appointments to support a smooth and effective market season.
Accurately input and process showroom orders.
Assist the wholesale team in reviewing seasonal order confirmations and validating PO numbers.
Help manage in-season orders, swaps, and returns to support ongoing business needs.
Take on additional tasks as needed to help the team achieve its commercial goals.
PERSONAL PROFILE
Fluent in spoken and written Italian & English.
Strong numerical and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and the full Microsoft Office suite.
SAP experience is a plus.
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
A positive, enthusiastic team player with strong communication skills.
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Flexible, adaptable, and eager to support the evolving needs of the business.
