Project OverviewScope: Schematic Design (SD) of the entire masterplan, with Design Development (DD) for selected key areas (e.g. those requiring detailed drawings and renderings).Timeline: Immediate start, delivery due by end of September.Possibility of project continuation beyond SD/DD phases.
