Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.For our Savigliano site in Italy, we are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic CBS Special Process Coordinator.Purpose of the jobTo coordinate the industrial control of the Special Processes (SP) during tender phase, product development, industrialization, manufacturing, and warranty. Defines and validates the detailed manufacturing process for a new product. Performs industrial documentation for the project, defines industrial master data, and sets the manufacturing method time. In serial phase, drives continuous improvement actions and industrializes product and process changes.Activities by step of the industrial process:Contribute to tender phase, especially in product design and industrialization to optimize costs and minimize risks.Contribute during specification and design phases to technical solution decisions related to special processes.Build the SP REX and interact with product engineering to redirect the design if necessary.Manage industrial risk through Process FMEA and associated improvement plans.Define requirements and rules for tooling necessary to start production.Qualify the product/process pair and industrial means in line with the design.Support sourcing and SQD teams in supplier qualification and quality follow-up for SP-related suppliers. Develop local suppliers.Manage evolution of quality control processes dedicated to SP.Ensure deployment and validation of new processes according to project planning.Issue relevant documents in the Quality System.Manage technicians under responsibility.Perform Transfer of Technology on SP: documentation, process and means validation, training.Transmission:Train workers, EPU managers, and Industrial Quality Inspectors to execute SP.Ensure continuous training and qualification of workers to PS standards.Train support functions on business rules linked to PS (Engineering, PME, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Quality).Execution / Serial manufacturing:Guarantee internal control and proper application of process rules per customer requirements.Conduct internal and external audits.Monitor SP business rules daily and resolve issues.Investigate root causes of non-conformities or incidents and implement repairs.Demonstrate QCD and EHS improvements linked to SP through action plans. Measure performance against site objectives and audits.Support Sourcing and Supplier Quality during quality crises.Participate in meetings and working groups of the SP network and Standards committee.Propose improvements and evolution of business rules in their domain.Qualifications & Functional Knowledge:Engineering degree in process, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.Third-party training and qualification for PS if needed (e.g., welding).2 to 5 years of experience in the industrial field.Practical experience with the specific process (execution, definition, qualification) for 2 to 5 years.Good teaching skills for training groups.Fluent in Italian (read, written, spoken).Good knowledge of English.We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud.
