Our team is responsible for assembling high-quality, innovative products.Partner with the bestThe candidate will perform welding activities for the fabrication of components for various Baker Hughes products, following technical specifications, drawings, and processing cycles. Activities must comply with safety and quality standards. The position requires flexibility to relocate within other provinces of Calabria.Responsibilities include:Performing daily activities according to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality standardsIdentifying materials and conducting preliminary checks of components in accordance with specificationsParticipating in weekly HSE & Quality communications (Safety Talk & Quality Talk)Suggesting improvements to activities in line with continuous improvement programsQualifications:High school diploma, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, with welding experienceFundamental knowledge of manual, automatic, and semi-automatic welding processesExperience in at least one welding process typeAvailability to work shifts, including weekends if necessaryAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience with welding/machining activitiesKnowledge of Oil & Gas productsProficiency with precision measuring instrumentsComputer skills (Excel, Word, email)Teamwork attitudeEU Work PermitDesired Characteristics:Willingness to transfer locationsKnowledge of welding principles for various processesUnderstanding of Non-Destructive Testing methods (LP, FPI, etc.)Basic knowledge of CNC machine programming (milling/turning)Strong attention to safety and quality detailsWork Environment & FlexibilityThis is a shift-based role.
