In 2021, QVC International served 4.7 million customers and has more than 7,000 team members in Germany, Japan, Italy, Poland, and China.Your ImpactReporting directly to the Manager of Creative Direction, you will be responsible for designing and creating content to support brand initiatives, products, events, and QVC's commercial goals, enhancing our website graphics, newsletters, and customer experience.Your Responsibilities:Develop and maintain the e-commerce website through graphic proposals aligned with company guidelines.Design and project the e-commerce website content based on provided copy and relevant to brand, product, and event descriptions.Create brand pages and category landing pages.Design advertising banners, landing pages, social media assets, and newsletters.Develop creative content to support events and brand launches.Implement new creative solutions to improve product and event information quality, enhancing customer experience.Manage web updates, graphic maintenance, and creative content for newsletters.Collaborate with relevant departments involved in company initiatives.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Web Designer.Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (responsive design), and ActionScript.Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) knowledge is a plus.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and open-source software.Good knowledge of WordPress is a plus.Familiarity with main web browsers and cross-platform compatibility solutions.Willingness to learn and share techniques with the team.Proficiency in English.Soft Skills: Operational autonomy, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, creativity.Join UsQurate Retail Group is a family of six leading retail brands – QVC, HSN, Ballard Designs, Frontgate, Garnet Hill, and Grandin Road – dedicated to providing a more human way to shop.
