Job Summary
We are committed to make continuous process improvement part of our culture with customer satisfaction as the primary driver of all our improvement processes. World Class Manufacturing (WCM) is the main enabler for achieving sustainable results for Tetra Pak through continuous improvement and loss eradication. Within Tetra Pak Closures we are looking for a WCM Coordinator to support the achievement of overall process and factory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a WCM Coordinator you will report to the WMC & Quality Manager. The role is a permanent position based in Sezzadio (AL) Italy.
What you will do

Owner and ambassador of WCM methodologies within the factory
Inspire and guide people to embrace a transformative mindset and drive meaningful change
Foster motivation and engagement in WCM activities through a positive and proactive approach
Provide structured support to pillars and teams in defining and spreading WCM standards and best practices.
Lead the Education & Training (E&T) pillar

We believe you have

A technical degree in Engineering
Proficient communication skills in both Italian and English; additional language proficiency is considered a plus
Experience in stakeholder management team coordination auditing and project execution
Experience in a WCM / TPM certified company for at least one year
Experience in change management and successful application of WCM principles for at least one year.
Experience with other continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen Six Sigma Lean or TQM is considered a plus
Collaborative team player who actively shares knowledge and supports colleagues.
Capable of inspiring others through enthusiasm and effective communication to achieve personal and team goals
Self-motivated and able to independently lead initiatives and drive activities.
Strong analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem definition and resolution
Ability to translate long-term strategies into short- and mid-term plans
Good presentation skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of the factory organization
