We’re now looking for a Wastewater Product Implementation Leader to join their Italian team — someone who can bring together technical wastewater expertise, data interpretation and strong customer engagement in one unique, mission-driven role.What’s the job?This is a high-impact, customer-facing position where you’ll act as the subject matter expert supporting both clients and internal teams. You’ll translate raw data into actionable insights, lead technical discussions and play a key role in driving the success of deployments across Italy. Expect to get hands-on with client projects, work directly with field engineers and analysts, and help shape how data is communicated, understood and actioned by water utilities.ResponsibilitiesActing as the go-to wastewater SME for internal teams and clientsAnalysing sensor and operational data to support executive business reviews (QBRs / EBRs)Supporting project delivery from requirements gathering to post-go-live supportWorking closely with CSMs, data scientists and implementation teamsDelivering insight-driven reporting that helps utilities make smarter decisionsFeeding client feedback into the product roadmap and technical strategyTravelling ~30% to support field visits, customer onboarding and workshopsWho are we looking for?We’re looking for someone with a blend of environmental expertise, analytical thinking, and start-up energy. Someone who wants to solve real problems, work at pace and grow with the team.Qualifications2–4 years of experience in wastewater, utilities, or environmental engineeringSolid knowledge of WWTP processes and treatment systemsA degree in Environmental, Chemical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)Experience working with internal and external stakeholders across technical functionsStrong communication skills – able to simplify technical data for a range of audiencesComfort working with Excel, dashboards, KPIs (Power BI a plus)A self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously and across teamsA passion for making a positive environmental impactWhy join?Join a purpose-led company revolutionising wastewater management through tech.
