You will drive the digital transformation and continuous improvement of warehouse operations by implementing automated KPIs, transitioning from paper-based systems to digital tools, and enhancing overall efficiency. Additionally, you will manage customs and trade data preparation/documentation, ensuring seamless coordination with brokers.How you will contributeSupport Warehouse digital transformation ( automated KPIs, paper based system, digital tool )Perform data analysis including Inventory monitoring, cycle counting process and KPIs definitionLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance WH standards, Support 5S certificationScout and implement of digital tool to reduce and balance warehouse workloadsCoordinate custom trade and compliance data/declaration collectionSupport Digital Transformation for warehouse activitiesLead and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring robust process monitoring and adherence to warehouse standards.Ensure timely updates to JDE/DcLink configurations, maintaining smooth operational workflows.What you bring to TakedaMaster's Degree in Management Engineering, Economics or similar field.2-3 years of previous experience in a similar role (supply chain and warehouse processes)Fluent in English and Italian languagesKnowledge of ERP system, SQL, Reports Now, Qlik and reporting tool.
