We are seeking an experienced Magazzino Reference to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising the warehouse and production departments, and coordinating with other functions to achieve productivity, quality, and efficiency goals.Main Activities and Responsibilities:Organize and supervise periodic physical inventory and merchandise classification through barcode labeling;Supervise the warehouse and production departments, including material movement related to acceptance and shipping (e.g., products destined for production, customer orders, or products intended for repairs);Conduct activities related to receiving goods, control, storage, and ensuring the distribution of materials to the company's two production departments;Manage connections with couriers for daily shipments and deliveries by company vehicle;Manage logistics for machinery intended for customers (e.g., loading plans and related documentation).Requirements:Hold a diploma as a technician (preferably mechanical or electronic);Have at least 5 years of experience as a warehouse manager or magazzino reference in a small to medium-sized enterprise, preferably in the industrial automation or metalworking sector;Possess a license for driving a muletto and be available to use it daily;Experience in using Modula vertical warehouses and knowledge of VMS;Familiarity with Ad Hoc Revolution or another ERP/MRP program;Availability to work 5 days a week in person at the Fiorano Modenese office.Candidate Profile:Highly dynamic and versatile individual with strong problem-solving skills;Able to work towards objectives and deadlines;Strong team player but also able to work independently with great responsibility.What We Offer:A permanent contract and competitive remuneration package commensurate with the selected candidate's experience and skills;A challenging professional project;A dynamic, serious, and professional environment, yet friendly and informal.Please note: If you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy, you might need a work permit.
