You can be part of it—Join us!Position: Warehouse Operations Manager (m/f/d)You will report to the Country Logistics Manager in the Logistics department based in Rivalta Scrivia (RIV) for a permanent contract.In this role, you will plan, develop, organize, coordinate, and control all physical, administrative, and accounting activities in the warehouse. You will manage and coordinate clerical staff, maintain relations with ADECCO to ensure daily execution in line with customer order processing plans. You will ensure the preservation and protection of goods, the environment, and equipment, as well as compliance with all applicable regulations, including safety and hygiene standards. You will optimize resource use, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness, and that service levels are maintained. You will manage internal staff and contractors according to inbound and outbound flows.What will you do?Coordinate with other company departments for medium-term planning and scheduling of reception and dispatch activities, including collaboration with ADECCO for forecasts and requirements.Validate daily work schedules and assign execution to handling teams.Define detailed Operating Instructions and Procedures for warehouse activities, ensuring their application and compliance.Organize operations and storage systems to optimize goods flow and space utilization, including overstock management.Liaise with key customers regularly and visit them to verify service levels.Analyze equipment needs for operational improvements and support management in researching new storage, handling systems, and automation technologies.What about you?You hold a degree from an Engineering school or similar.You have several years of logistics or supply chain experience and strong leadership skills.You can coach and develop team members and monitor their work closely.You are highly customer-oriented, solution-focused, and constantly seek process improvements.You have experience working in an international environment and speak fluent English (C1).What we offer?A personalized onboarding program to ensure a smooth start.Opportunities to learn and grow through Hager Group's Hi University.Internal career opportunities, with over 25% of recruitments through internal mobility.What are the recruitment stages?Initial contact by a recruiter following CV review.First interview with the hiring manager and recruiter.Follow-up interview with N+2 and HR manager.Our success relies on collective energy.
