Overview
For our Moncler Worldwide Warehouse Department we are looking for a person joining the Warehouse Operations Control team based in Castel San Giovanni (PC).
Your Impact
As part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.
What You Will Do
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
Analyze warehouse stock levels to maximize space utilization and improve operational efficiency
Monitor and control inventory and logistics volumes, ensuring data accuracy and precision
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure safety and regulatory compliance
Collect and analyze operational data to create periodic reports and identify areas for improvement and implementing corrective solutions
Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient flow of information and materials across different business functions
Qualification
What We Are Looking For
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics or similar
Good knowledge of Excel, familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a plus
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Analytical mindset, acute attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement
Strong curiosity for data and problem‑solving
Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
A positive, engaging and creative approach to work in cross‑functional teams
Would Appreciate a Person that is
Interested in the Logistics operations in Fashion & Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes. We are attracted to individuals with strong problem‑solving skills.
