On behalf of a fast-growing international e-commerce company, PeoItaly is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Warehouse Manager to oversee and optimize warehouse operations at the client’s Italian logistics site in Premariacco.
Our client is a dynamic e-commerce company offering a broad and expanding range of products in the home, household, leisure, and hobby sectors. With continuous growth across European markets, the company is strengthening its logistics infrastructure and seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the team and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations independently, ensuring compliance with internal standards and service levels
Lead and plan workforce deployment, including internal staff and external service providers
Ensure efficient storage, inventory accuracy, and timely order picking and dispatch
Continuously assess and improve warehouse processes and workflows
Oversee local invoicing related to temporary labor and external logistics services
Collaborate with management to implement strategies for warehouse space optimization and performance improvements

Requirements

Several years of experience in warehouse / logistics operations or vocational training in a related technical or commercial field
Proficiency with inventory management and / or warehouse / transport systems (SAP, OPUS and etc.)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Valid forklift license will be considered as plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
capable of working independently
Fluent in Italian, with a very good command of English and / or German (written and spoken)
High level of reliability, precision, and resilience
