We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Milan.ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.Manage international shipments.Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.Ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners.Support e-commerce operations and internal reporting.Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or shipping.Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and shipment processes.Experience with hazardous materials (ADR) is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Good command of English (written and spoken).Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree preferred.Location: MilanWorking hours: 9:00 – 18:00 (Full Time)BenefitsMeal vouchers
