Responsibilities

Oversee project management, supply chain and procurement, continuous improvement, and capex; bridge between strategic goals and day‑to‑day operations.
Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
Oversee global Capex projects and ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
Align supply chain operations with production, procurement, marketing, sales, and R&D.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience with an Associate’s Degree).
Minimum 10+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience in a fast‑growing contract manufacturing or similar environment.
At least 8+ years in senior people‑management roles with global team oversight.
Strong planning and execution skills with experience in ERP systems (Deacom or similar).
