Job Description:

Position: Warehouse Logistics Operator
Main Activities:

Support in preparation for distribution and management of parcels in the warehouse: preparing documents for courier dispatch, managing export documentation activities.
Handle procedures for undeliverable shipments through direct contact with customers and network colleagues.
Reception duties for incoming/outgoing shipments, including customer reception for pickups/deliveries.
Use of IT systems related to shipment management and accompanying documents.
Operation of branch equipment (automatic sorting system, scales, laser scanner).
Manage special activities for clients with particular traffic.

Ability to work in a team.
Multitasking capability.
Dynamism, proactivity.
Problem solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and spoken/written English.
Previous experience in the role is a plus.
Availability to work part-time (20 hours/week) on shifts.

Additional Information:

Work hours: Part-time, 20 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
Location: Genoa.
Contract: Temporary from September 1 to December 31, 2025, at Level 4 CCNL Logistics, with 14 monthly payments.
