The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers.Learn more about Triumph on :Our Visual Merchandising Department in Italy is looking for aVisual Merchandising Specialist North Italy (f / m / d) (100%)ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising Specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining brand-aligned visual merchandising strategies across all channels and locations to enhance customer experience, drive foot traffic, and maximize sales. This role combines organizational preparation with operational execution, ensuring that visual displays and in-store layouts reflect seasonal guidelines, brand identity, and commercial priorities.Travel frequently throughout different cities, mainly in the North of Italy. A company car will be provided.Ensure and drive regional VM execution according to central VM guidelines across stores or assigned regions to maximize store sell-out, enhance brand image & strategy within the region & local marketsConduct regular store visits to identify local VM requirements, plan store zoning & VM layouts, develop and conduct VM training for store teams, and refresh displaysExecute and support seasonal window displays, and set up in-store presentations to reflect current campaign launches and seasonal product pushesEnsure optimal product assortment visibility and commercial density display in all channels in partnership with central and local retail teams to achieve and improve store profitabilityCollaborate with key stakeholders in retail, marketing and buying teams to align visual displays with sales strategies and product launchesExecute VM set-up of new store openings and provide feedback to the Store Development team on new layouts and store conceptsUse VM tools (planograms, guidelines, manuals) and provide feedback to the VM leadership team for further improvementsSupport VM Manager for specific VM projects and process improvementsMaintain knowledge of current trends in fashion, design and customer behaviorYour ideal profileAt least 3 years of experience in visual merchandisingBachelor’s DegreeYou are fluent in English and Italian, written and spokenCompetent in all general Microsoft programsKnowledge of Adobe package is a ‘nice to have’Inspirational, innovative, self-confident personality.
