Responsibilities

Develop and update planograms using dedicated software.
Collaborate with the VM team to implement visual solutions aligned with commercial objectives.
Monitor the implementation of planograms in stores, providing training and feedback to network colleagues.
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and brand agreements in display spaces.
Identify and propose opportunities for improving space management.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics.

Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Economics, Retail Management or related fields.
Experience in similar roles within the GDO sector, beauty industry, or other retailers.
Knowledge of planogramming/space‑planning software.
Strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail, precision, and aesthetic sense.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Good English language skills.
Teamwork orientation and idea sharing.
Excellent time management.
Flexibility, motivation, and ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
