The role acts as a strategic partner to HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders, supporting the movement of talent worldwide for Huawei Italy. Here are the main responsibilities :Advise on immigration, visa, and work permit processes (including EU ICT Directive, Italian Art. 27 categories, and global frameworks).Manage end-to-end mobility lifecycle: pre-assignment planning, onboarding, ongoing support, and repatriation.Partner with Talent Acquisition to enable global hiring by ensuring immigration feasibility and timelines.Support employees with relocation, cultural integration, and family support.Ensure compliance with host-country labor, immigration, tax, and social security regulations.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (HR, payroll, tax, legal, HR Internal Services Center, Prefettura, Questura, worldwide relationships with Italian Consulates and Embassies) and perform all the tasks on Internal tools.Contribute to global workforce strategy by advising management on mobility trends, risks, and opportunities.Supervise all the operations relating to work and business visas.Responsible for visa compliance.RequirementsWe are looking for a dynamic professional with a solid Immigration background, possessing the following requirements :Deep knowledge of international immigration law, tax, and employment regulations.Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.Cross-cultural communication and employee support.Strategic thinking to align mobility with business and talent goals.Good knowledge of English and Chinese is highly preferred.What We OfferWe offer you an exciting professional career in one of the leading and fastest growing multinational ICT companies, challenging work and a competitive salary package.
