Activities
Join our affiliate TotalEnergies EP ITALIA S.p.A. in Corletto Perticara! As a Methods & Operations Logistics Officer, you will:

Be responsible for the efficient, safe, and effective management of daily material supply activities, ensuring the right number of trucks, shuttles, and transport means for operations and personnel transport.
Implement logistics solutions (trucks, heavy and light transports) to ensure material and personnel transport in accordance with company rules, optimizing costs and deadlines.
Ensure daily KPIs (Perfect day campaign), serve as OSC (Operational Safety Coordinator) focal point for HSE matters, coordinate operations with HSEQ, Drilling, Geoscience, and FOPS, and provide transport planning.
Coordinate with the Land Transport Correspondent for daily inspection and check of heavy and light vehicles prior to entry on TEEPIT facilities, based on access site procedures.
Ensure timely supply of materials, diesel, LPG, water, food, and essentials for TEEPIT facilities. Implement and follow Transport Management Procedures.
Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment, services, and operating procedures.
Ensure contractors adhere to company rules, maintain records and statistics for accurate KPI reporting (performance, fleet reliability, kilometers), and conduct transport audits and reviews with contractors.
Participate in road transportation incident investigations and analyses.

Candidate Profile
Qualifications:

Master's degree in logistics.

Technical skills:

Experience in logistics, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry, with HSE knowledge.
Strong skills in monitoring, reporting, and interfacing with CPY/CTR personnel.

Computing skills:

Proficiency in PackOffice (advanced Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of databases.

Languages:

English: C1 level
French: B2 level
Italian: A2 level (mandatory)
