Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with an innovative, groundbreaking nutraceutical ingredient manufacturer that distributes globally. We are seeking a highly motivated Vice President of Global Supply Chain to oversee project management, supply chain and procurement, continuous improvement, and capex. You will be the bridge between strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute global supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Drive operational excellence through Lean principles, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction.
Oversee global Capex projects and ensure timely, on-budget delivery.
Manage change initiatives, including turnarounds and rapid growth scenarios.
Set and achieve ambitious KPIs, ensuring accountability across regions.
Align supply chain operations with production, procurement, marketing, sales, and R&D.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience with an Associate’s Degree).
Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of progressive operations and supply chain leadership experience in a fast-growing contract manufacturing or similar environment.
At least 8+ years in senior people management roles with global team oversight.
Based in Italy
Proven success in managing complex, cross-functional global teams.
Strong planning and execution skills with experience in ERP systems (Deacom or similar).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and mediums.
Hands‑on leadership style with a pragmatic, results‑oriented approach.
