Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!ResponsibilitiesSecurity Framework: Design, implement, and continuously improve the global Information Security Management System based on ISO27001, NIST, and TISAX standardsProgram Ownership: Define and manage the Information Security roadmap, budget, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance requirementsOrganizational Leadership: Establish and lead the Information Security organization within FST, in agreement with the CFO and CIOPolicy Development: Create and enforce security policies and controls in collaboration with Legal and the Group CISORisk Management: Oversee risk identification, assessment, and mitigation processes in close cooperation with the FST risk management teamAudit & Compliance: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring successful certifications and continuous complianceAwareness & Training: Drive company-wide security awareness initiatives and training programs to foster a strong security cultureQualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related fieldProfessional Experience: 10+ years in Information Security, including 5+ years in international environments and leadership rolesTechnical Expertise: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and frameworks (e.g. NIST, ISO27001); certifications such as CISM, CISA, CISSP requiredCommunication Skills: Fluent in English and German, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levelsBusiness Acumen: Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, business continuity, disaster recovery, and IT operations (e.g. ITIL certification)Leadership: Proven experience in leading multicultural teams and driving strategic initiativesAnalytical Thinking: Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in a clear, management-friendly formatThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
