Role
We are looking for a : Planning & Control Specialist
Site: Venegono Superiore (VA) / Pomigliano D’Arco (NA)
Responsibilities
This role requires basic knowledge of Project Management and cost control. Good communication abilities and a strong inclination for teamwork are also essential.
Main Activities

controlling and managing the Unit's budget and actuals;
coordinating, integration and controlling activity and program schedules;
contributing to the definition, coordination, and monitoring of key performance indicators (Earned Value) and Key Program Milestones;
supporting and coordinating Supplier Management;

Main Outputs

Unit Budget Development
Development of Actuals Reports
Integration and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (Earned Value)
Integrated Schedule
Workload verification and reporting

Main Interfaces

This role requires interfacing with the Unit's technical specialists as well as other Engineering Functions and the Purchasing Department.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Management Engineering.
Seniority: Junior
Requirements

Experience with MS Project
Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Previous experience in managing activities is a plus
