To support that challenge, we’re looking for a:Europe Field Crops Variety Registration and Protection ManagerResponsibilitiesGet legal approvals for new crop varieties to be sold in European marketsProtect intellectual property for newly developed plant varietiesCoordinate with teams across R&D, marketing, and productionManage paperwork and applications with government authoritiesSupervise official field trials logisticsSupport budgets for registration/protection processesStay updated on changing laws and regulationsRepresent the company at industry meetingsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Agriculture (or equivalent experience)3+ years experience in fast-paced, innovative companiesKnowledge of plant varieties and/or seed/IP regulationsStrong computer skills and database managementExcellent English (written and spoken)Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsProblem-solving abilities - can explain complex topics simplyProactive attitude and great communication skillsAdditional InformationTravel required across EuropeMust be available in August (busy season)Job DetailsSenior level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: ResearchIndustry: FarmingReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Syngenta by 2xGet notified about new Registration Manager jobs in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
