Valet Driver / Bell Attendant – Jumeirah Capri Palace
An opportunity has arisen for a Valet Driver / Bell Attendant to join the summer season 2026 of Jumeirah Capri Palace. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Responsibilities

Provide courteous, professional, and friendly service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and safety during valet and transportation services.
Welcome guests upon arrival, escorting them to their vehicle and offering personalized assistance throughout the process.
Open car doors for guests arriving or departing from the main entrance, greeting them with a warm smile to ensure a pleasant and memorable first impression.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage, providing trolley support when needed, and ensuring a smooth transition from arrival to departure.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standards at all times, including holding a valid UAE driver’s license, properly using communication devices, and representing the Jumeirah brand with professionalism.
Report any incidents, vehicle damage, or delays immediately to the Team Leader, maintaining clear communication and adherence to operational schedules.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional personal appearance, following strict hygiene and grooming standards.
Safeguard company property and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by management in support of service excellence and operational needs.
