We welcome any candidate without distinction of sex, age, culture, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression.**Location:** Milano, via Ugo Bassi 6* Join Customer Process and Channels Interaction Design area, in particular in the Online Channels team, contributing to the design and continuous improvement of digital experiences for Flutter SEA brand (Sisal, Pokerstars, SNAI) across multiple country and channels* Have the opportunity to be involved in the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects.* Take an active role in shaping and managing user-centered digital and cross-channel journeys (web, mobile, POS), while contributing to the creation of scalable, system-oriented design solutions that establish UX as a transversal, strategic service for the whole company.* Play a key role in supporting the business in the strategic and ideation phases, applying design methodologies — such as concept design and customer journey mapping — to help conceive and structure solid business requirements aligned with real user needs.* Take ownership in the execution phase, translating business and product requirements into clear, actionable use cases, user flows, prototypes and UX specifications.* Coordinate UX project and activities across touchpoint, facilitate communication and collaboration with different design area, inside the Process and Channels Interaction design area and outside with Product design team (Lottery, Betting, Gaming), identifying the right moments and methods to involve them, and aligning on shared goals and outcomes.* Support the Online Channels Design Manager in coordinating design projects, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring consistency and quality throughout the entire design process.* Facilitate UX activities such as journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and validation sessions, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, developers and research teams* Proven experience (at least 5 years) in UX and Interaction Design, ideally on complex, scalable digital products within consumer-facing industries or the gaming/lottery sector.* A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Communication, Psychology, or a related field, or industry equivalent experience.* Experience working within multidisciplinary teams, managing complex multitouchpoint projects from concept to delivery and mentoring junior designers.* Solid knowledge and hands-on experience working within both Agile and Waterfall environments, understanding how to adapt design processes and collaboration methods accordingly.* Excellent knowledge of UX methodologies and design thinking principles and ability to translate strategic business goals and user insights into structured, actionable, and scalable design solutions.* Proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and documentation, with familiarity in using co-design and collaboration tools (such as Miro, FigJam, or equivalent) for workshops and concept development. and in Design System processes and tooling,* Strong UX design experience in Web and Mobile applications, being able to ideate concepts, collaborate with developer and realize customer journey, wireframes right through to high fidelity prototypes* Solid skills in problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management, with a collaborative and proactive attitude towards cross-functional teamwork.* Natural inclination for systemic thinking, proactivity, and curiosity, with a passion for mentoring junior designers and driving innovation through design* Outstanding problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic, data-informed, functional analysis and user-centred approach.* Fluency in Italian and English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills* Permanent contract with Hybrid Work.* Meal Allowance.* Supplemental Health Insurance.* The option to join our company share saving scheme.
