We are looking for a UX Designer with a strong user-centered mindset and the ability to translate business needs and user insights into simple, intuitive, and valuable digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI Designers, Developers, and business stakeholders to design end-to-end solutions for web and / or mobile applications.Project length : 6 monthsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct user research (interviews, surveys, behavior analysis, benchmarking)Define personas, user journeys, use cases, flows, and information architectureCreate wireframes, low / high-fidelity prototypes, and run usability testing sessionsCollaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and UI Designers to ensure solutions are user-centered, aligned with business goals, and technically feasibleApply and contribute to the Design System and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platformsAnalyze qualitative and quantitative data to iteratively improve the user experienceAdvocate for usability and accessibility across teamsPresent and defend design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersContribute to UX processes and help spread a user-centered culture within the organizationRequired Skills & Experience2+ years of UX Design experience for digital products (more for senior roles)Strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design skillsStrong experience with FigmaProficiency with tools such as Miro, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similarSolid understanding of UX methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean UX, Agile UX)Excellent understanding of usability and accessibility principles (WCAG)Ability to create interactive prototypes and perform usability testsFamiliarity with analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, GA4, Mixpanel) and product metricsUnderstanding of HTML / CSS or front-end concepts for effective collaboration with developersExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environmentStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback effectivelyNice-to-Have ExperienceContributing to or maintaining a Design SystemBackground or experience in UI DesignPortfolio including detailed UX case studies (not just visual mockups)Experience with user testing platforms (Maze, Lookback, UserTesting.com)Knowledge of inclusive design principles
