Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.In the scope of Metro Projects in Milano and Torino, we are looking for an Urban ATC System Designer whose main responsabilities are:ResponsibilitiesCollect and drive Customer's requestsDesign ATC system, both trackside and onboard, and provide related documents (specification, architecture, interface, etc.)Lead ATC Design ReviewsEnsure the ATC configuration by application data or coding is performed regarding the process and ready for testingInvestigate the Verification and Validation (V&V) test failures for corrective actionsInvestigate events and faults occuring during commercial service in order to identify the root causeDefine the most suitable T&C strategy and follow Baseline deployment on fieldQualificationsGood level of English and technical backgroundBasic knowledge about ATC equipment and functionalitiesBasic knowledge of traffic management principlesGood knowledge of DFQ cycleGlobal system view preferably in metro contextAbility to work in teamFlexibility and availability to travel mainly in ItalyGood communications skill and capability to interface the customerThe position could be based in the site of Bologna, Firenze or Roma.You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
